This page explains the procedure that is used for reporting on the progress of the EGEE project to the EU.

EU Project reports should be reviewed and sent to EU within the month following the end of the reporting period:

• Quarterly project reports (Every Quarter: M3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24)

• Periodic project reports (M9, 18, 24)

• EU Cost claims (M9, 18, 24)

Internal reporting:

• Individuals monthly timesheets

• Internal cost claims: (Every Quarter: M3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24)

PPT (CERN tool) will be used to collect timesheets and produce consolidated data (starting after the first quarter).
