JRA2 PEOPLE (QAM)
The role of the QAM is to coordinate the overall QA for the project; encourage and verify that standards, procedures and metrics are defined within the relevant activities; make sure they are applied; evaluate metrics; report and propose progress factors. The QAM coordinates the QAG.

The Quality Assurance Management team has a dedicated interface for each activity (3FTE).
